Terms of service

1. Request and confirmation

A request on the website is not a payment and does not guarantee the trip. The trip is agreed once we confirm it by phone or messenger. When the driver is assigned, we send their name, phone and car details.

2. Price

Prices are per car for up to 4 passengers and the same day and night. Up to 3 cars per booking. The price is fixed when you send the request; later price changes do not affect it. If you change the route, waiting time or number of cars, the price is recalculated.

3. Payment

You pay after the trip is confirmed: cash, bank transfer, SBP or another agreed method. Foreign guests pay in cash in rubles. A prepayment may be agreed for some trips. If the passenger does not show up, the prepayment is not refunded. Receipts are available on request.

4. Cancellation and changes

Contact us by phone or messenger to cancel or move a trip. Cancellation and prepayment refund terms are agreed when we confirm the trip.

5. Waiting

At airports and the railway station, free waiting is 30 minutes after landing or arrival. Waiting during a round trip is charged by the hour per car.

6. Luggage, children, pets

Luggage travels in the boot. Skis and snowboards are not carried. Child seats are free. Pets travel in a carrier only and by prior agreement.

7. On board

No smoking inside the car; stops on the way at passengers' request. The driver may refuse a trip if safety is at risk.

8. Weather and roads

If a road is closed because of the weather or by the road authorities, we contact you and agree a new time or date.
