About us
THE ARCTIC CAR runs private transfers across the Murmansk Region. Our cars are based in Apatity, close to Khibiny Airport and Kirovsk.
How we work
We drive by advance booking only. The car is yours for the trip: no other passengers, no changes, and stops wherever you need them.
We confirm every request personally. Once confirmed, you receive the driver's name and phone number, the car details and the trip details. Payment is agreed after confirmation: cash, bank transfer or another convenient way. Foreign guests usually pay in cash in rubles.
Why SUVs
In winter, Arctic roads get covered in snow and the weather can change within an hour. That is why we only use four-wheel-drive cars on studded tyres: BMW X5, BMW X4 and Toyota Land Cruiser.
Languages
Our drivers speak Russian. To talk with English and Chinese speaking guests they use a translation app and translation earbuds. You can always write to us in English.

Online requests are accepted around the clock. We answer calls and messages from 08:00 to 23:00 local time (UTC+3), phone +7 909 564-55-28.
