How is the price calculated?
Prices are per car for up to 4 passengers, not per person. They are the same day and night, with no holiday surcharges. See all prices on the Routes and prices page.
When and how do I pay?
You pay after the trip is confirmed. We accept cash, bank transfer, SBP and other convenient methods. Foreign guests pay in cash in rubles: cards issued abroad do not work in Russia. A prepayment may be agreed for some routes when we confirm.
How do I book a transfer?
Send a request on the website: route, date, time and number of passengers. You see the price right away. We contact you, confirm the trip and send the driver's details. Requests are accepted around the clock; we reply from 08:00 to 23:00 local time.
How far in advance can I book?
A month ahead or even earlier. The earlier you book, the easier it is to secure a car, especially on holidays and long routes.
When do I get the driver's contacts?
Once the trip is confirmed and a driver is assigned: name, phone, Telegram or WhatsApp and the car details. You get them by email and on your booking status page.
How long does the driver wait at the airport or station?
Free waiting is 30 minutes after the flight lands or the train arrives. We meet you in the airport arrivals area or at the Apatity station car park.
How much luggage can I bring?
Suitcases and bags travel in the boot. With a lot of luggage, add another car in the booking form. We do not carry skis or snowboards: they do not fit.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge, for children of any age. Tell us the child's age or weight in the request.
Can I travel with a pet?
Yes, by prior agreement and in a carrier only. Please mention it in the request.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes, whenever you like: for food, photos or a shop.
Can I smoke?
Not inside the car. We can stop on the way so you can smoke.
How many people can you take?
Up to 4 passengers per car and up to 3 cars per booking, so up to 12 people. For a group over 12, send a request and we will suggest a solution.
Does the driver wait in Teriberka?
Not by default. Book the return separately, or order a same-day round trip: 75,000 RUB per car from Kirovsk or Apatity, waiting 3,500 RUB per hour.
What if the road closes because of the weather?
In winter the Teriberka road is sometimes closed during blizzards. If it affects your trip, we contact you and decide together: a new time or a new date.
Can I cancel?
Yes, call or message us. Cancellation and prepayment refund terms are agreed when we confirm the trip. If a client does not show up, the prepayment is not refunded.
Do the drivers speak English?
Our drivers speak Russian and use a translation app and translation earbuds with foreign guests. You can always write to us in English.
Do you drive at night?
Yes, by advance booking. The night price is the same as the day price.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, on request. Mention it in the booking comment.
What cars do you use?
BMW X5, BMW X4 and Toyota Land Cruiser: black four-wheel-drive SUVs in Business trim, on studded tyres in winter. Climate control, USB charging, water and blankets on board.
