1. Controller

The data controller is the individual entrepreneur listed in the details on this page. For any privacy question, write to the email address shown in the details.

2. What we collect

• Name, phone number, email, preferred contact method and messenger username.
• Trip details: route, date and time, pickup and drop-off address, flight or train number, number of passengers and bags, child's age for a seat, pet details, comment.
• The contact of the traveller if someone else books for them.
• Technical data: device type, site language, landing page, campaign tags (UTM) and the referring page.

We do not collect passport data or data on every passenger.

3. Why

To process your request, contact you and confirm the trip; to run the trip and give the driver what is needed to meet you; to send confirmations and driver details; and to analyse the website and advertising in anonymised form.

4. Storage

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. Once the purpose is achieved, and no later than 36 months after the trip, the data is anonymised: names, phone numbers, addresses and comments are deleted and only statistics remain.

5. Sharing

With the driver assigned to your trip, as far as needed to meet you, and with service providers that run the website and notifications, under confidentiality. We do not sell data or share it for third-party advertising.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses necessary cookies and, with your consent, Yandex Metrica for anonymised visit statistics. You can refuse analytics in the cookie banner or in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent by writing to the email in the details.
